Sweden activist investment firm Cevian Capital backed by Carl Icahn has invested $1.32 billion (EUR 1.2 billion) in UBS for 1.3% minority shareholding.  Cevian Capital is confident UBS can integrate Credit Suisse and increase UBS market value from $99 billion (21/12/23) to $198 billion within 2 to 3 years.
