UBS Asset Management has hired Credit Suisse Head of Advisory & Sales APACSascha Banz as Head Global Wealth Management Client Coverage APAC, managing the overall relationship between UBS Asset Management and UBS Global Wealth Management APAC.Sascha Banz is a Credit Suisse veteran with total of 31 years, joining in 1988 (Switzerland) & rejoining in 2003 (New York).Sascha Banz started his career at Credit Suisse in the Commercial Apprenticeship (1991), subsequently held the role of Team Head Investment Support Team & Junior Investment Advisor, and left in 1995.In 2003, Sascha Banz rejoined Credit Suisse as Research Collaborator Swiss American Securities (SASI), and held numerous roles thereafter including Investment Consultant (Team Head), Head of Investment Consulting Hong Kong & Greater China, Co-Head of Advisory & Sales APAC and Co-Head of Advisory & Sales APAC. Sascha Banz was also the Co-Chair of Wealth Management Advisory & Sales Committee APAC and Wealth Management Executive Committee Member APAC.
