Second Chance Properties founder & CEO Mohamed Salleh & family have made an offer to buyout Singapore-listed Second Chance Properties at $196 million valuation (S$265 million) with offer price at $0.30, representing a 39.5% premium on last traded price of $0.215 (9/7/24).  Mohamed Salleh & family currently owns 85.06% of Second Chance Properties.  Second Chance Properties was founded in 1975 by Mohamed Salleh and diversified into clothing in 1978.  In 1997, Second Chance Enterprises IPO on Stock Exchange of Singapore (SESDAQ), and a name changed to Second Chance Properties.  Second Chance Properties businesses are in property investments, financial investments, apparel retail, and gold & jewellery retail.
