An ex-HSBC London derivatives trader Yann Adem has filed an employment tribunal claim against HSBC for wrongful dismissal in 2022 after whistleblowing.  HSBC says Yann Adem was dismissed after 9 years at HSBC for failing to cooperate with investigation & misuse of work phone.  Yann Adem was a trader at HSBC US swaps & treasuries trading team in London, and had raised issues on inadequate & vague US market making process and front-running.
