Ex-Goldman Sachs & current Jefferies Financial Group TMT (Tech, Media & Telco) investment banking associate Carter McIntosh has died at age 28 on 27th January 2025.  Carter McIntosh was found dead in his apartment in Dallas (Texas, United States), and died of unknown causes.  Carter McIntosh joined Jefferies in 2023 September, and has 6 years experience at leading financial institutions including at Moelis & Company, Goldman Sachs & CIBC Capital Markets.  Carter McIntosh graduated in 2018 from Seton Hall University.  Jefferies is one of the world’s leading full-service investment banking and capital markets firms.  In 2024 September, JP Morgan has set a work limit of 80 hours per week (11 hours per day, 7 days) for junior bankers.  In 2024 May, Bank of America associate Leo Lukenas had died from a heart attack, and had been reported to have worked sometimes for over 100 hours per week (14 hours per day, 7 days).  In 2025 January, Citibank 18-year veteran & Vice-President Marianne Kilonzi (Age 43) had been found beaten to death in her UK London home (Argyll Road, Woolwich).  Marianne Kilonzi is Citibank Vice-President of Trade & Working Capital Sales for Treasury & Trade Solutions.  Marianne Kilonzi joined Citibank in 2006.  In 2024 November, Japan financial regulator instructed Nomura Securities to investigate an ex-employee (Age 29) who had been arrested in Japan for suspected robbery, attempted murder & arson of an inhabited building in Hiroshima, with reports of a man drugged an elderly customer & spouse and stealing $170,000.
