United States President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to create a new sovereign wealth fund in the next 12 months, with officials to submit a plan within 90 days on legal requirements & key recommendations for setup, funding, investment goals, structure & governance for the sovereign wealth fund.  The Top 3 United States sovereign wealth funds are Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) with $80 billion AUM, University of Texas Investment Mgmt Company (UTIMCO) with $78 billion AUM & Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF) with $62 billion AUM.
