United States fashion retail group Forever 21 United States (F21 OpCo) has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy with $1.58 billion total debt, with Forever 21 international stores are unaffected by the filing.  Forever 21 trademark & intellectual property are owned by Authentic Brands Group.  Forever 21 was founded in Los Angeles in 1984 by South Korea husband & wife Jin Sook & Do Won Chang.  F21 OpCo – F21 OpCo, LLC is the operator of Forever 21 stores and licensee of the Forever 21 brand in the United States.  Forever 21, otherwise known as F21 OpCo LLC is a fashion industry leader making the latest trends accessible to all while inspiring unique style and confidence. With a renewed focus on the customer experience, the brand offers high style designs and fashion basics with compelling values and a dynamic store environment.
