Earlier in 2025 February, South Korea AI, Cloud & IT Group LG CNS IPO on Korea Exchange (KRW) with share price decreasing -9% on day 1 trading (5/2/25), and raising $827 million in IPO at $4.1 billion valuation. South Korea conglomerate LG ($9.4 billion market value) is largest shareholder with 44.9% shareholding. LG CNS is a DX-specialized company that provides digital transformation (DX) services.
