Singapore ex-OCBC bank officer Goi Wee Shien (Age 43) has been charged for transferring $468,000 (S$600,000) from client account in cheating, money laundering & forgery offences from 2015 to 2016, transferring funds from OCBC to POSB (Bank account of See Daoen) using 3 forged forms. See Daoen was also charged, and is expected to plead guilty (19/8/25). Goi Wee Shien is also alleged in a conspiracy to impersonate a bank client to execute 48 trades from 2018 to 2019.
