Sanjay Shah (Strategic Advisor) has 25 years of financial industry & private banking experience at HSBC, JP Morgan & BNP Paribas. Merliance Capital was founded in 2024, and key members include CEO Kelvin Leong (ex-UOB Private Bank, Julius Baer, LGT & Standard Chartered Bank), Chief Investment Officer Tan Lee Tee (ex-Lion Global Investors, Income Insurance & Fullerton Fund Management) and Head of Capital Markets Mark Pawley (ex-Credit Suisse COO APAC Investment Banking).
