South Korea billion-dollar private equity firm UCK Partners has filed a non-compete lawsuit & 3-year ban on contacting investors (Limited Partners) against an ex-employee who has joined competitor Premier Partners. The ex-UCK Partners employee was responsible for fundraising & investments at UCK Partners. UCK Partners – UCK Partners (Unison Capital Korea in 2013) was established in 2014.
