Singapore state-owned investment company Temasek ($324 billion AUM) subsidiary Cuscaden Peak Investments (CP Investment) has sold $101 million (S$130.9 million) shares in Singapore-based digital banking & wealth platform iFAST Corporation ($2.1 billion market value) at 6.7% discount to previous day closing price (18/8/25) in trades by Morgan Stanley & UBS (CP Investment reduced iFAST shareholding to 4.9% from 9.6%). iFast was co-founded in 2000 by Chairman & CEO Lim Chung Chun. iFAST current market value at $2.1 billion, share price +20.3% YTD, +23.4% last 12 months & +275.6% last 5 years. iFAST Corporation – iFAST Corporation Ltd. (“iFAST Corp”) is a global digital banking and wealth management platform headquartered in Singapore. Incorporated in the year 2000 in Singapore and listed on the SGX-Mainboard in December 2014 (stock code: AIY), iFAST Corp is also present in Hong Kong, Malaysia, China and UK. The Group’s mission statement is, “To help investors around the world invest globally and profitably.” Lim Chung Chun, Chairman & Group CEO – Mr Lim is the Chairman and Group CEO of iFAST Corp, a global digital bank and wealth management platform that combines Fintech solutions with the capabilities of a licenced financial institution to provide multi-product offerings. Mr Lim co-founded the Company with the launch of its B2C division Fundsupermart.com in Singapore in 2000, following which the B2B division iFAST Financial was launched in 2001.
