Singapore 2nd largest bank OCBC is training Mortgage Specialists (Loan Specialists) as Wealth Advisors to take on expanded role to advise customers on home loans, investment & insurance products. 15 senior Mortgage Specialists were selected for the 4-month program, with 9 already graduated & started their expanded roles on 1st October 2025.The new initiative also serves as a OCBC talent retention strategy.25% of new OCBC customers starts with a home loan product.
