Switzerland EFG Bank has hired First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) Head of Private Banking Asia Vikram Nimkar as Market Head of Global South Asia (GSA) & Shonali Batra as Client Relationship Officer for Global South Asia (GSA).  Vikram Nimkar has 31 years financial industry & private banking experience at ABN AMRO Bank, Deutsche Bank, Wespac Group & First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), and held senior roles including as Head of Private Banking Asia, Head of Premium & Private Wealth International & CEO India.  In 2025 October, EFG Bank appointed ex-Bank of Singapore 15-year veteran & Co-Head of Private Banking Singapore Robin Heng as Vice-Chairman of Southeast Asia.  In 2025 September, Robin Heng who retired in 2024 was reported to be joining Switzerland private bank EFG International alongside 8 Indonesia private bankers from Bank of Singapore (Joining EFG International).  Robin Heng has 33 years of financial industry & private banking experience at Bank of Singapore, UBS Citigroup & Overseas Union Bank (OUB).
