The world’s largest private equity firm Blackstone ($1.2 trillion AUM) has announced to invest $705 million for a 9.9% stake in India Federal Bank, founded in 1931 as Travancore Federal Bank by K.P. Hormis. Federal Bank current market value at $6.3 billion, with share price +13.7% YTD, +22.5% last 12 months & +307.4% last 5 years.
