The European Central Bank (ECB) is reviewing claim of Germany Deutsche Bank ($68 billion market value) of understating leverage exposure on balance sheet by more than $230 billion (€200 billion) using netting & off-balance sheet accounting techniques.  The letter was submitted to ECB by Deutsche Bank ex-employee Dario Schiraldi, who was convicted alongside 5 colleagues for Monte Paschi accounting issues at Deutsche Bank but all were later acquitted in Italy appeals court.  Deutsche Bank current market value at $68 billion, with share price +77.7% YTD, +92.1% last 12 months & +215.1% last 5 years.
