Singapore financial services group PhillipCapital ($65 billion AUM) has announced to buy London-listed financial services company Walker Crips for $7.8 million (£5.96 million), representing +86.6% premium to closing price (21/11/25). Phillip Brokerage is a current shareholder of Walker Crips. Walker Crips – The Walker Crips Group provides a range of services within and for the financial services industry. Our core business organisation, Investment Management, works alongside companion offerings from Financial Planning and Pensions, utilising innovative in-house software solutions.

Accordingly, the Independent Walker Crips Directors intend to recommend unanimously that Walker Crips Shareholders vote in favour of the Acquisition.”
