The invite-only Insights Forum was joined by 2,300+ policymakers, regulators, investors & industry leaders. The Singapore 11th FinTech Festival 2026 will be held from 18th to 20th November 2026. Announcement (28/11/25): “The 10th edition of the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) concluded on 14 November, marking a decade of global collaboration and innovation aimed at building a more open, connected and inclusive financial ecosystem. With more than 70,000 participants from 142 countries and regions in attendance, this milestone edition drew its largest global attendance to date. It reaffirmed SFF’s position as a global platform for policy dialogue, industry and regulatory innovation, and cross-border cooperation that shapes the future of financial services. Held under the theme Technology Blueprint for the Next Decade of Finance, SFF 2025 drew more than 900 global speakers participating in about 300 sessions, spotlighting the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Tokenisation and Quantum Technologies in shaping the next decade of financial innovation. The invite-only Insights Forum brought together more than 2,300 policymakers, regulators, investors and industry leaders for in-depth discussions across 80 sessions. Topics ranged from digital money regulation, collaboration for AI frameworks, and quantum readiness strategies. 18th September – Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 will be held from 12th to 14th November 2025 at the Singapore EXPO with theme – Shaping the Next Decade of Growth, and with Singapore FinTech Festival 2025 celebrating the 10th anniversary. Announcement (18/9/25): “The Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) 2025 will be held from 12–14 November at the Singapore EXPO, convening over a thousand global leaders in finance, technology, and policy to discuss how AI, Tokenisation, and Quantum Computing can be harnessed to promote a secure and efficient global financial system. The programme will feature insights from both pioneers behind key technologies which have driven transformation of the financial sector, and changemakers working on technologies that will shape a new financial architecture in the next decade. Organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), and Constellar, in collaboration with the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), the Festival celebrates ten years of success, having attracted 65,000 participants from 134 countries in 2024. Changemaker Insights: Leaders Who Transformed the Financial Sector – The Festival will feature globally renowned leaders at the forefront of linking digital innovation with real world social impact. Attendees will hear insights on key foundational technologies that have shaped the last decade of financial sector development. Speakers include:
- Dr Roy Fielding, whose Application Programmable Interface (API) design principles support modern FinTech platforms, fostering agility and interoperability.
