Leading private equity groups Permira ($100 billion AUM) & Warburg Pincus ($85 billion) investor group (Include Temasek & Francisco Partners) have announced to buy United States investment management software company Clearwater Analytics for $8.4 billion, representing +47% premium to undisturbed share price (10/11/25). Clearwater Analytics was founded in 2004.
