China electric car giant Xpeng ($20 billion market value) is planning for flying car unit Xpeng AeroHT Hong Kong IPO in 2026, having raised $250 million in Series B funding in 2025.  In 2024 August, Xpeng AeroHT flying car raised $150 million in Series B1 funding and launches Series B2 funding round.  In 2024 July, Xpeng AeroHT flying car price had been set at $200,000, targeting to sell 5,000 flying cars with 1st delivery in China at the end of 2025.  Xpeng AeroHT was founded in 2013 by President Zhao Deli & Chief Designer Wang Tan.  XPeng Chairman & CEO He Xiaopeng is also the Chairman of Xpeng AeroHT.  Xpeng AeroHT – XPENG AEROHT, an affiliate of XPeng Inc., is the largest flying car company in Asia. Integrating intelligent vehicles and modern aviation, we are dedicated to producing the safest intelligent electric flying car for individual users.
