South Korea ex-President (2022 to 2025) Yoon Suk Yeol has been sentenced to 5-year jail term for insurrection (Declared Martial Law) in 2024 December.   In 2026 January, South Korea prosecutors were seeking death sentence for South Korea ex-President (2022 to 2025) Yoon Suk Yeol for insurrection (Declared Martial Law) in 2024 December and lifetime jail sentence for ex-Defence Minister Kim Yong-hyun.  South Korea ex-President Yoon Suk Yeol was impeached & detained in jail on insurrection charges in 2025 April.  In 2025 December, South Korea ex-President (2022 to 2025) Yoon Suk Yeol (Age 65) wife Kim Keon Hee (Age 53) wan alleged by prosecutors to receive $263,000 bribes & interfering in South Korea government.  In 2025 August, South Korea ex-President (2022 to 2025) Yoon Suk Yeol (Age 64) wife Kim Keon Hee (Age 52) was arrested & detained in jail for corruption & bribery involving business favours & stock price manipulation, with items including a $43,000 luxury necklace, 2 Chanel bags & profited $577,000 from shares of Deutsch Motor (BMW Dealer in South Korea).
