Julia Carreon was Citi Global Head of Platform & Experiences. Andy Sieg is not a defendant in the lawsuit. In 2025 September, Citigroup CEO Jane Fraser commented she is very comfortable with investigation on Citi Head of Wealth Andy Sieg after misconduct complaints by at least 6 Managing Directors (Intimidation, unfair sidelining of employees etc), and is pleased with what the team & business have achieved. In 2025 August, Citigroup HR department was investigating Citi Head of Wealth Andy Sieg after misconduct complaints by at least 6 Managing Directors (Intimidation, unfair sidelining of employees etc). Citigroup is reported to have hired a law firm Paul Weiss to investigate. Andy Sieg rejoined Citigroup in 2023 and was previously Citigroup Head of Emerging Affluent Client Segment (2005 to 2009). Andy Sieg was with Merrill Lynch for a total of 26 years, and held senior leadership role as Bank of America Merrill Lynch Head of Wealth Management (2017 to 2023).
