India crypto exchange CoinDCX ($2.4 billion market value) co-founders Sumit Gupta & Neeraj Khandelwal have been arrested by India police for suspected fraud on an insurance advisor with promise of high returns to invest in a firm.  In 2025 October, CoinDCX raised new funding at $2.4 billion valuation.  CoinDCX was founded in 2018 by Sumit Gupta & Neeraj Khandelwal.  CoinDCX  investors include Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Steadview Capital Management, Bain Capital Ventures & Polychain.  CoinDCX – Established in 2018, CoinDCX is the preferred crypto exchange in India, but also an instrumental player in building the broader Web3 ecosystem.  Trusted by over 2 crore registered users.
