Hong Kong private credit investment manager Dignari Capital Partners has raised up to $500 million in commitments from Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) subsidiary for APAC real estate private credit strategy (APAC Developed Markets Private Credit Strategy), focusing on financing real estate opportunities in residential, office, retail, student accommodation, serviced apartment, co-living, data centers & logistics.  Dignari Capital Partners was founded in 2014 by Grace Tan & Chris Chan. Dignari Capital Partners – Dignari Capital Partners is an investment management firm headquartered in Hong Kong, with an office in Singapore and a presence in Sydney.  Our team comprises seasoned investment professionals who have worked together for over 15 years and have successfully invested several billions (in US$) over multiple market cycles, including the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and 1997 Asian Financial Crisis.
