Singapore state-owned investment firm Temasek ($324 billion AUM) unit Temasek Management Services (TMS) Chairman & ex-Singapore Chief of Air Force (Retired 1998) Goh Yong Siang (Age 74) is in Singapore court trial for car accident (Hit woman pushing stroller with baby, age 2) at pedestrian crossing (Green light for pedestrian) while making a right turn in Singapore.  In 2026 April, Goh Yong Siang was charged in Singapore court for driving without due care and attention or reasonable consideration.  Goh Yong Siang was Senior Managing Director Temasek International, and is current Board Member at Pavilion Capital, Temasek Management Services, Temasek Cares, SCGC, Hexagon Development, FTSI International.  Temasek Management Services (TMS) – Temasek Management Services (TMS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. TMS is engaged in providing Leadership Development and Insights; end-to-end Integrated Business and Technology Services; and Event Services Management through its subsidiaries, the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), and Trusted Services respectively. The company employs approximately 500 people in Singapore, and serves diverse clients from multiple key industries.  Goh Yong Siang – Goh Yong Siang was appointed to the TMS Board in 2012. He was a Senior Managing Director in Temasek International. Prior to Temasek, he was in private equity in Dallas, Texas from 1999 to 2006, after he retired as Chief of the Air Force in 1998. He currently sits on the Boards of Temasek Cares, Temasek Management Services, SCGC, Hexagon Development, Pavilion Capital and chairs FTSI International in Fortworth, Texas.Yong Siang holds a BA from the National University of Singapore and attended the Advanced Management Programme in Harvard Business School. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold), the Indonesian Air Force Medal, the Knight Grand Cross of the Crown of Thailand, the Yellow Grand Cordon of the Resplendent Banner of Taiwan and the Legion of Honour (France).
