France communications group Publicis Groupe ($25.1 billion market value) has announced to buy United States data collaboration company LiveRamp ($1.9 billion market value) for $2.2 billion in all-cash deal, representing +29.8% premium to LiveRamp closing price (15/5/26). LiveRamp was co-founded in 2011 by Travis May & Auren Hoffman, and was acquired in 2014 by Acxiom which used the LiveRamp name.
