United States investment firm Sixth Street ($130 billion AUM) has announced to invest $1 billion for minority stake in Belgium trade intelligence data analytics firm Kpler at reported $3.7 billion valuation from United States software investor Insight Partners ($90 billion AUM) & UK Rothschild alternative assets arm Five Arrows ($38 billion AUM). Kpler was founded in 2014 by François Cazor & Jean Maynier.
