India payments & business fintech Razorpay has filed for India IPO to raise $600 million, having raised $375 million at $7.5 billion valuation in 2021. Razorpay was founded in 2014 by Harshil Mathur & Shashank Kumar. Razorpay investors include GIC, Sequoia, Ribbit Capital, Tiger Global Management, Matrix Partners India, Y Combinator & Lightspeed.
