Hong Kong SFC Appoints Chew Fook-aun and Agnes Chan Sui-kuen as Non-Executive Directors for 2 Years Term

Hong Kong SFC (Securities & Futures Commission) has appointed Chew Fook-aun and Agnes Chan Sui-kuen as Non-Executive Directors for a 2 years-term, with Hong Kong SFC non-Executive Director Cheng Wai-sun 6 years-term ending on 31st December 2022. Hong Kong SFC Chairman Tim Lui: “I would like to extend a warm welcome to Mr Chew and I am certain that the SFC will continue to benefit from Ms Chan’s insights … … I would also like to thank outgoing Non-Executive Director Mr Edward Cheng Wai-sun for his valuable contribution to the SFC during his six-year tenure.” The Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission (SFC) is an independent statutory body set up in 1989 to regulate Hong Kong’s securities and futures markets.

Hong Kong SFC Appoints Chew Fook-aun and Agnes Chan Sui-kuen as Non-Executive Directors for 2 Years Term
Hong Kong SFC (Securities & Futures Commission) has appointed Chew Fook-aun and Agnes Chan Sui-kuen as Non-Executive Directors for 2 years-term.
The terms of Ms Chan and Mr Chew will begin on 20 October 2022 and 1 January 2023 respectively. The term of Mr Cheng will end on 31 December 2022.
