Hong Kong DL Holdings has announced the completion of acquiring DL Family Office (45% of Issued Share Capital of DL Family Office HK, 17/1/23), with total DL Holdings Group AUM (Assets under Management) at $3 billion and 3 businesses in Multi-Family Office (MFO), Investment Banking and Alternative Investments. DL Holdings: “Established in 2012, DL Family Office is one of the first licensed Multi-Family Office recognized by the government in Hong Kong. Headquartered in Hong Kong, DL Family Office has offices in mainland China, Singapore and North America.
