197 funds and investors have filed a lawsuit against commodities giant Glencore for misleading investors in the 2011 London IPO prospectus and 2013 merger with Xstrata, covering up corruption & bribery offences in Congo, Africa, South Sudan, Brazil & Venezuel, and oil price manipulation in United States.The investors include Singapore GIC, Norges Bank, Kuwait Investment Authority, Aabar Holdings, HSBC, Fidelity, Vanguard, Abrdn, Invesco, Legal & General, and pension funds including Scottish Widows, BP & Shell. Glencore market value is currently at $66 billion (GBP 53 billion).
