The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has announced new appointments & reappointments (1/4/24) to 10 SFC committees for Academic & Accreditation Advisory, Disciplinary Chair, Investor Compensation Fund, Nominations, Products Advisory, Public Shareholders, Securities Compensation Fund, SFC (HKEC Listing), Takeovers & Mergers, and Takeovers Appeal. The SFC welcomes all the new committee members and expresses its gratitude to outgoing members for their service. The membership changes are listed below.
