The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has announced new appointments & reappointments (1/4/24) to 10 SFC committees for Academic & Accreditation Advisory, Disciplinary Chair, Investor Compensation Fund, Nominations, Products Advisory, Public Shareholders, Securities Compensation Fund, SFC (HKEC Listing), Takeovers & Mergers, and Takeovers Appeal.
