Crypto firm Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company (BSTR) has announced to merge with Cantor Fitzgerald SPAC (Cantor Equity Partners I) in Nasdaq SPAC IPO merger to raise $1.5 billion + 5,021 Bitcoin ($602 million value at Bitcoin price of $120,000). With the SPAC IPO, BSTR will launch with with 30,021 Bitcoin ($3.6 billion value) on balance sheet and $1.5 billion in PIPE financing.
