China largest midscale hotel chain & Nasdaq-listed Atour Lifestyle Holdings ($4.7 billion market value) is planning for a secondary listing IPO on Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX). Atour was founded in 2013 by Haijun Wang, and IPO on Nasdaq in 2022. Atour current market value is at $4.7 billion, with share price +25.1% YTD, +102.7% last 12 months & +162.5% last 5 years. Atour Lifestyle Holdings – Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (“Atour”) (NASDAQ: ATAT) is a leading lifestyle group in China that operates both hospitality and retail businesses. According to Frost & Sullivan, Atour is the largest upper midscale hotel chain in China in terms of room numbers as of the end of 2024, and become the largest retail business among all hotel chains in China in terms of GMV in 2024. As of December 31, 2024, our hotel network covered 1,619 hotels, spanning 209 cities in China, with a total of 183,184 hotel rooms. These included 1,593 manachised hotels with a total of 179,469 manachised hotel rooms, in addition to a pipeline of 741 hotels with a total of 79,528 rooms under development. The GMV generated from our retail business was RMB2,592.4 million in 2024. According to Frost & Sullivan, we are the first and only omnibus loyalty program that integrates both hotel membership and retail membership, ensuring their hotel and retail customers enjoy seamless, high-quality services across various scenarios. As of December 31, 2024, our A-Card loyalty program amassed over 89 million registered individual members. Prior to founding Atour in 2013, Mr. Wang served as the executive vice president of China Lodging Group, Limited, currently known as H World Group Ltd., a company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol of “HTHT” and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code of “1179.” Prior to joining H World in 2005, Mr. Wang worked for Home Inns, Jinjiang Inn, as well as other reputable hotel companies. As the founder of Atour, the first upper midscale lifestyle hotel chain in China, Mr. Wang is a well-respected industry veteran with extensive hotel development and management experience.
