McLaren Racing Formula One team owners (Bahrain $18 billion sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat & Abu Dhabi government-owned CYVN Holdings) have been reported to buyout the remaining 30% stake at $4.1 billion (£3 billion) valuation from MSP Sports Capital & minority shareholders (Acquired at £560 million valuation in 2020). Mumtalakat & CYVN Holdings will own 100% of McLaren Racing post-transaction. McLaren Group include McLaren Racing, McLaren Automotive & McLaren Applied. McLaren was founded in 1963 by New Zealand racing driver Bruce McLaren.
