Israel-United States $32 billion cybersecurity startup Wiz billionaire founders Assaf Rappaport, Ami Luttwak, Yinon Costica & Roy Reznik will setup a $8.8 billion family office managed by Yotav Costica (Brother of Wiz founder Yinon Costica), who will step down as More Investment House CEO.  Assaf Rappaport, Ami Luttwak, Yinon Costica & Roy Reznik are expected to receive $12 billion or around $2.2 billion each (After tax) from Google Parent Alphabet ($3.6 trillion market value), following completion of acquisition of Wiz.  Assaf Rappaport & Yinon Costica 1% stake donated to Merit Spread Foundation is now valued at $320 million.  In 2026 March, Google parent Alphabet ($3.6 trillion market value) completed the acquisition of Israel-United States cybersecurity startup Wiz for $32 billion in all-cash deal.  Wiz was founded in 2020 by Assaf Rappaport, Ami Luttwak, Yinon Costica & Roy Reznik.  All founders become billionaires with $2.2 billion fortune each.
