Australia toll road operator Atlas Arteria ($5.2 billion market value) board has rejected the buyout offer from Australia infrastructure investor IFM Investors ($172 billion AUM) at $5.2 billion (AUD $7.4 billion) valuation. Atlas Arteria was formed in 2010 from Macquarie Infrastructure Group spin-out. Atlas Arteria current market value at $5.2 billion, share price +4.7% YTD, -3.4% last 12 months & -15.0% last 5 years.
