An Asian private client has won the winning bid at with $29.3 million for a 18.18 carats Fortune Pink diamond ring at a Christie’s auction via a phone call. The auction took place at Hotel des Bergues in Geneva (Switzerland), with bid starting at CHF 17 million. The Fortune Pink diamond ring auction price range guide was placed in the range of $25 million to $36 million (CHF 25,000,000 – CHF 35,000,000). The winning bid went to an Asian client at $29.3 million (CHF 28,436,500), via a phone call. The 18.18 carat weight symbolizes “have prosperity” in Chinese.
