Hang Seng Index Removes Country Garden Holdings from Index & Adds Sinopharm Group to Index, Effective 4th September 2023

Hang Seng Indexes Company has announced the review of Hang Seng Family of Indexes for the quarter ended 30th June 2023, removing Country Garden Holdings (Code: 2007) from the Hang Seng Index and adding Sinopharm Group – H Shares (Code: 1009) to the index, effective 4th September 2023.  The Hang Seng Index total number of constituents remains unchanged at 80.
