United States alternative investment manager Stonepeak ($73 billion AUM) has announced to invest $1.3 billion via preferred equity investment in Singapore-based APAC data centre operator Princeton Digital Group (PDG) after recent $1.2 billion debt financing by Stonepeak. Princeton Digital Group (PDG) was founded in 2017 by Rangu Salgame and Varoon Raghavan in partnership with Warburg Pincus.
