China advanced auto chip company SiEngine Technology has raised $139 million in Series B funding.  SiEngine Technology was founded in 2018 by ECARX & ARM China (SoftBank & ARM Holdings).  SiEngine Technology investors include ECARX, Arm China, Geely, China FAW Group, Neusoft, Bosch (Boyuan Capital), SMIC (China Fortune-Tech Capital), Vision Knight Capital, Sequoia Capital, Guosheng Capital, Hundreds Capital, Cedarlake Capital, Yuexiu Industrial Fund & ICBC International.  SiEngine Technology – SiEngine Technology was established in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2018, with R&D centers and sales offices in Wuhan, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Shenyang. The company is dedicated to the design, development, and sales of advanced automotive electronic chips, with the mission of “Enable Everyone to Enjoy the Fun of Driving”. We are committed to becoming a global leading supplier of total solution for advanced automotive electronic chips.  ECARX – ECARX (Nasdaq: ECX) is a global mobility-tech provider partnering with OEMs to reshape the automotive landscape as the industry transitions to an all-electric future.
