Norway ocean impact accelerator Katapult Ocean is joined by Singapore impact investment manager Octave Capital to co-manage a new $75 million Asia Ocean Fund, targeting to launch in 2026. Octave Capital was rebranded from Heritas Capital Management in 2025 August (Founded in 1997). In 2025 June, Katapult Ocean announced to launch a $50 million fund in Singapore in 2026 to invest in startups impacting ocean in Asia. Katapult Ocean was founded in 2018, and have made 78 investments in ocean impact companies. Katapult Ocean – Katapult Ocean invest in and support startups that have a positive impact on our ocean. Since 2018, Katapult Ocean has made 78 investments in exciting ocean impact companies from all over the world (27 countries, 5 continents). The companies participate in a 3-month long accelerator program to support growth and impact. A global network of more than 100 mentors and partners support the companies together with a team based in Oslo, Norway. Katapult Ocean was founded in 2018, and have made 75 investments. Katapult Ocean – Katapult Ocean invest in and support startups that have a positive impact on our ocean.
