Ex-Alta Trading (Arcadia) executives (CEO Peter Bosworth & CFO Colin Hurley) have filed a $1 billion London lawsuit against UK-based, Norway-born & Cyprus billionaire John Fredriksen (Age 81) with $20 billion fortune for vindictive fraud lawsuit against them (Causing $287 million losses) including dishonestly acquiring court order in 2015 to prevent them from starting new oil trading venture or find another job.  Ex-CEO Peter Bosworth would have earned $823 million & CFO Colin Hurley would have earned $318 million if they had started their oil trading business.  In 2025 July, John Fredriksen listed his London 300-year-old mansion (Old Rectory) in Chelsea for sale at $338 million (£250 million), which is 30,000 sq ft with 10 bedrooms & 2 acres garden.  John Fredriksen bought the property for $54 million (£40 million) in 2001.  John Fredriksen key companies include Hemen Holdings, Meisha, Frontline, Avance Gas Holding & Flex LNG.
