Singapore rental company Autobahn (5 companies) with over $237 million (S$300 million) debt 2 Directors & Shareholders Tan Boon Kee (Roy Tan) & Sanjay Kumar Rai have been declared bankrupt with $90 million (S$114.6 million) combined debt.  Tan Boon Kee (Roy Tan) & Sanjay Kumar Rai are guarantors for Autobahn companies banking facilities.  Earlier in 2026, Singapore rental company Autobahn (5 companies) with over $237 million (S$300 million) debt 2 Directors & Shareholders Tan Boon Kee (Roy Tan) & Sanjay Kumar Rai were charged in Singapore court for forgery & cheating, using forged receipt of full payment for 10 Hyundai cars (Hyundai distributor Komoco Motors).  In 2026 January, a Singapore High Court issued freeze orders on Singapore rental company Autobahn (5 companies) & 2 directors with over $237 million (S$300 million) debt.  The 2 directors Tan Boon Kee (Roy Tan) & Sanjay Kumar Rai were issued with freeze order of $80.6 million each (S$101.9 Million Each).  The 5 companies issued with freeze orders are Autobahn Rent A Car, AhTan Car Repairs, Hamilton Autobahn, Hamilton Autohub and Hamilton Capital, with the highest freeze order of $43 million (S$54.5 million) for 1 company.
