UK mining giant Anglo American ($53.3 billion market value) has announced to sell Australia steelmaking coal mines portfolio for $3.88 billion ($2.3 billion upfront & $1.58 billion contingents) to UK mining company Dhilmar in all-cash deal. Dhilmar was founded in 2024 by Indonesia billionaire Alexander Ramlie.
