United States investment manager Sixth Street ($130 billion AUM) and United States hotel investment firm Riller Capital ($1.5 billion assets) have announced to buy United States 193-room luxury mountain ski resort Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa for $176 million from United States hotel REIT Braemar Hotels & Resorts ($172 million market value) in all-cash deal. Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa was founded in 1989.
