UK private equity firm Hg ($110 billion AUM) has announced to make a $500 million strategic growth investment in United States rights & royalties management software company Rightsline, with majority shareholder Klass Capital to invest alongside Hg. Rightsline was founded in 2012 by Rob Delf.
