United States media giant Fox Corporation ($21.5 billion market value) has announced to buy United States streaming platform Roku for $22 billion in cash & share deal. Roku was founded in 2002 by Anthony Wood. Roku current market value at $20.7 billion, share price +28.1% YTD, +72.7% last 12 months & -62.2% last 5 years. Roku – Roku pioneered streaming on TV.
