Tan Chian Khong initially refused to resign as he was elected by shareholders at AGM. Eugene Lai is Chairman of Heliconia Capital Management (Temasek subsidiary), which is controlling shareholder of CSE Global. CSE Global Board now has 7 members with 4 as Independent Directors. Eugene has served on the boards of several SGX-listed companies as well as non-profit organizations.
